Tap List

Warpin' Dorphin'

7.5% ABV | 115.0 IBU

IPA - American

This collaboration with our brewing brothers from Appalachian Mountain Brewery is an IPA with light malt profile, highlighted with the complexity of Galaxy, Mosaic, Simcoe and Azacca. Massive hops at the end of boil try to pull the flavor profile away from the traditional lingering bitterness and move towards a IPA… that’s not an IPA. It’s tropical! It’s piney! It’s grassy! It’s citrusy – but, it’s not your usual IPA!

Bleed Orange & Black

7.2% ABV | 65.0 IBU

IPA - Black / Cascadian Dark Ale

Bleed Orange & Black is our collaboration with the Oregon State Beavers football team. This Black IPA (also known as a Cascadian Dark Ale) has roasty chocolate notes from the dark roasted malts, complimented with orange citrus zestiness.

It's A Thing #4

7.1% ABV | 65.0 IBU

IPA - New England

It’s a Thing #4 IPA is a marriage of the IPA styles that are currently dominating their respective coasts. With the big tropical hop flavors coming from the New England IPA and the dry and aggressive bitterness that we love here on the West Coast.

Phat Sacks IPA

6.9% ABV | 69.0 IBU

IPA - American

Our friends from Henry’s were keen on making a super phat, dank IPA that lacked bitterness, but had tons of flavor. We loaded up a beer with tons of WHP hops to create a super juicy hoppy ale to go with any meal at Henry’s. This beer will undoubtedly provide the munchies!

Beer Can't Jump

5.1% ABV | 43.0 IBU

IPA - American

Beer Can’t Jump is the second exploration of a simple SMASH IPA with variety specific CO2 hop extract. This version is made with Citra Hops featuring fairly high alpha acids. These relatively new hops bring citrus and tropical notes to the IPA including grapefruit, melon, lime, gooseberry, passion fruit and lychee.

Russell Street IPA

6.1% ABV | 64.0 IBU

IPA - American

Russell St. is the epitome of a West Coast IPA: big citrusy hop flavor and sessionability despite its big beer body. Made exclusively for the Widmer Brothers Pub and named for the street which Widmer Brothers calls home, Russell St. starts off with a pleasant bitterness that melts into a smooth, malty backbone. The aroma is powered by fan favorite hops like Mosaic and Citra, as well as by new-kids-on-the-block, Calypso and Azacca. These hops provide a plethora of citrus and tropical fruit notes complemented by some subtle herbal spiciness.

Fresh Hop Hefe X (HBC 431)

4.9% ABV | 45.0 IBU

Pale Wheat Ale - American

Hefeweizen is an unfiltered American style Hefeweizen (wheat and yeast ale) that is purposefully very cloudy in appearance due to live yeast in suspension. Wheat and biscuit aromas and flavors provide the backbone to the golden beer, and they are augmented by yeast and hop derived citrus and faintly spicy attributes. Hefe X is a FV hopped version focusing on a single hop varietal to highlight the inclusion of specific and unique hops.

Preexisting saison in pinto barrels were aged with cabernet grapes and chamomile and then blended together at a rate of 50% Cabernet Aged Saison, 40% Base Saison, and 10% Chamomile Aged Saison. The blend was selected by Keith.

PDX Pils

4.8% ABV | 34.0 IBU

Pilsner - German

PDX Pils is a Northern German style pilsner brewed in the northern part of Portland. At first whiff, notes of spice and lemon zest envelop you. Because we live in arms reach of the hop farms of the Pacific Northwest, we dry hopped our Pils with the once forgotten Columbia hop. PDX is sessionable at 4.8% ABV, perfect for both the short, grey days of winter and the long, sunny days of summer. The bitterness is firm and lingering true to a Pilsner brewed in the North of Germany. Graham cracker, lemon zest, and mild hop spice complement the bitterness making PDX Pils crisp & refreshing.

Drifter Pale Ale

5.5% ABV | 50.0 IBU

IPA - American

Upheaval IPA is the result of our brewers’ relentless pursuit of the perfect IPA.
