Tap List

Alt Bier

5.0% ABV | 40.0 IBU

Altbier

The first beer ever brewed by Widmer Brothers. Alt beer is a traditional German ale. Alt is an assertively bitter beer with a clean, dry roasted finish and a deep amber hue. The potent hop bitterness is balanced by the flavor of the Munich and Caramel specialty malts.

Punica Apple Cider

6.2% ABV | 5.0 IBU

Cider - Other Fruit

Pomegranate and Rose Water

Hefeweizen

4.9% ABV | 30.0 IBU

Hefeweizen

* 2017 GOLD MEDAL WINNER - Oregon Beer Awards! *
Meet the beer that started it all. Our naturally cloudy flagship brew starts with the highest quality wheat. It's bold, clean flavor and pronounced citrus and floral aromas are what define American-style Hefeweizen. So pour yourself a cool, cloudy glass, finish with a lemon and enjoy the original.

Why Does Everyone Always Sh*t On Cascade?

8.1% ABV | 70.0 IBU

IPA - American

In collaboration with Gigantic Brewing. Cascade hops have always been the standard for craft beers but have recently fallen out of style. These spicy, earthy and aromatic hops help create the backbone of the craft beer industry. Lets enjoy them in thier best light. Why does everyone always sh*t on cascade hops?”

Czechs And Balances

5.8% ABV | 36.0 IBU

Pilsner - Czech

Instead of using Saaz, this pils utilizes a lesser known Czech hop named Kazbek, which still has the characteristic spiciness of Saaz with a little added charm. Assertively hoppy and refreshing, this is truly a `brewer’s beer`”.

Silver Warrior

6.2% ABV | 54.0 IBU

Pale Ale - American

A hoppy pale ale brewed with Sterling and Warrior hops that are Salmon Safe, meaning the hop farm that grew them are certified in helping the conservation of our Oregon urban and agricultural watersheds. The malt too is considered Salmon Safe. This beer is a clean pale that has nuances of fruit and citrus from the Warrior hops coupled with a slight floral note from the Sterling hops. Slightly dry, most of the sugars have been fermented out making this beer dangerously drinkable given it’s ABV. Cheers!

Fruitless Pursuit

6.4% ABV | 75.0 IBU

IPA - American

**Dan's Ultimate IPA** What if an IPA didn’t have to be full of citrus flavors from the hops and could encompass berry and stonefruit flavors instead? This IPA seeks to fulfill this challenge. A clean malt base of pale ale malt, flaked barley for head retention and crystal 40 for some color all round out the platform for these interesting hops to let their flavors shine through. An intense raspberry and currant aroma draws you in, while the ripe fruit flavors from the hops lead to a satisfying conclusion. Cheers to taking the road less traveled!

Le Petit Brasseur

5.2% ABV | 20.0 IBU

Saison / Farmhouse Ale

Le Petite Brasseur is a petite saison that is light, effervescent, citrusy and refreshing. What’s more, we bottled it in 500ml reusable bottles, which are the first of their kind in Oregon! This in turn lowers the carbon footprint of the packaging while providing awesome beer to the masses. Each bottle was hand filled and bottle conditioned. We partnered up with Oregon Beverage Recycling Cooperative and are excited to release this beer. Fruity esters produced by the citrus yeast compliment the dry and refreshing finish. Get it while you can!

Hefe Berry Lime

4.1% ABV | 16.0 IBU

Hefeweizen

Hefe Berry Lime gives the original American hefeweizen a fresh berry citrus twist. Hefe Berry Lime combines Oregon marionberries, blackberries, and lime for a tart and refreshing experience.

Pinky's Old Maple Barley Wine

10.5% ABV | 80.0 IBU

Barleywine - American

Pinky’s Old Maple Barley Wine was a Pink Boots Society beer brewed by our talented female brewing staff. The team got together and decided they wanted to brew a bold barley wine with 100% pure maple syrup. The syrup was added near the end of fermentation so it would maintain a nuance in the beer. A Pink Boots proprietary hop blend was used in this beer as well. The result is a hearty, traditional American Style Barley Wine brewed by our talented female labor force. Oh, and did I mention a portion of the proceeds of this beer will go to the Pink Boots Society Scholarship to advance women in the industry?

Seed the Change

7.1% ABV | 60.0 IBU

Hemp IPA

IPA brewed with hemp seeds

Amber Bravo Charlie

5.5% ABV | 20.0 IBU

Red Ale - American Amber / Red

Do you have trouble understanding codes and need the help of phonetic terms while engaged in radiotelephone communication? Do you struggle with all the different styles of beer available and yearn for the 80’s and 90’s PAC NW style Amber? Look no further because AMBER BRAVO CHARLIE has you covered. Quaffable and balanced, you’ll go back in time to a simple direct expression of beer. MALT, HOPS, AMBER, BRAVO, CHARLIE, FOXTROT!

Open Sourcery

7.0% ABV | 69.0 IBU

IPA - Tropical

Open Sourcery is the collaboration between Mozilla (Firefox) and WBB. The idea for this collaboration was to open source a beer style and parameters via a survey. Once we obtained survey results we proceeded to make a beer to meet those expecations of high ABV (7%+), Light color, highly hopped (70 BU), heavy oats, with a soft haze. Once released, we’ll continue to solicit information from customers to help refine a future version. This is a virtual continuous improvement and feedback loop to help create V.1,2,3 or more! Here’s to Open Source!

Dark Perspective

5.0% ABV | 35.0 IBU

Schwarzbier

What you have here is a traditional Schwarzbier. A recipe from brewer Dan Munch, this beer is well balanced and clean. Rich malt character from a generous addition of Munich malt provides a smooth base to support a light roasty character. Nearly black in color w/ tinges of red, this beer is surprisingly easy drinking. Full flavored without being overwhelming, Dark Perspective is perfectly balanced. Prost!

Fresno Wit

4.5% ABV | 20.0 IBU

Witbier

Fresno Style Wit is a classic take on the Belgian Wit Style brewed with a traditional yeast, Forbidden Fruit. The fruity nuance is usually accentuated by coriander and orange peel added to the whirlpool. This version used navel and Valencia oranges that Tom Bleigh picked from a friends’ magical (albeit small) orchard in the middle of downtown Fresno. The ornages were picked at the peak of season and then complimented with chamomile flowers instead of coriander. The resulting wit is spicy, floral, with rich citrus character. The beer says Fres-yes, not Fresno!

Broken Halo IPA

6.0% ABV | 0.0 IBU

IPA - American

Broken Halo IPA is a beer produced in the spirit of traditional IPA products shipped from the UK to India in the late 1800s. The almost excessive amounts of Cascade and Columbus hops used in Broken Halo give it notable citrus and grapefruit aromas and flavors. The beer bitterness measures high but tastes smooth due to the full-bodied, Caramel malt sweetness.

Thing #6

5.5% ABV | 60.0 IBU

IPA - New England

Thing 6 is the latest in our exploration of Hazy IPA styles, this time with an interplay between a different ale yeast and three hops with noticeably fruity flavors. The London Ale 1 yeast adds fruity esters as well as a noticeable minerality in the finish, while the blend of three hops cuts though the yeast and protein haze to deliver a harmonious blend of fruit flavors.

LA Haze

6.5% ABV | 60.0 IBU

IPA - New England

LA Haze is not all smog, but it is a Galaxy driven haze monster that is sure to cloud even the clearest of minds. So, get your acting bug on and make a go of it as aspiring film star (or beer style). Here’s to adding to the haze vs clear IPA debate.

Mr. Sparkle

5.9% ABV | 21.0 IBU

Lager - Japanese Rice

In Collaboration with Occidental Brewing Company. This beer is specially brewed to dry out… like a lot. We used several different types of rice with this lager, including Calrose and flaked rice. We also used 6-row malt. This is a beautiful beer, extremely clean, dry and wonderful with Asain food. We fermented at super low temperatures, contributing to the clean finish. It is also has a very pale color. Kanpai! 乾杯

F.H. SteinBOCK

7.0% ABV | 20.0 IBU

Bock

Hefe X (Mosaic Hops)

4.9% ABV | 45.0 IBU

Hefeweizen

Hefeweizen is an unfiltered American style Hefeweizen (wheat and yeast ale) that is purposefully very cloudy in appearance due to live yeast in suspension. Wheat and biscuit aromas and flavors provide the backbone to the golden beer, and they are augmented by yeast and hop derived citrus and faintly spicy attributes. The Hefe X series is a FV (Dip) hopped version focusing on a single hop varietal to highlight the inclusion of specific and unique hops.

Benny’s Big Baltic Porter

9.0% ABV | 30.0 IBU

Porter - Baltic

A collaboration brew with Widmer Brothers celebrating the great interns Oregon State University produces through its Fermentation Science program.

Russell Street IPA

6.3% ABV | 70.0 IBU

IPA - American

Russell Street IPA is the epitome of a West Coast IPA: intense hop flavor and sessionability balanced with a noticeable body. Named for the street that Widmer Brothers calls home, Russell Street IPA is powered by Mosaic, Citra, and Azacca hops for a pronounced citrus and tropical profile.

Green Skies

6.3% ABV | 78.0 IBU

Hazy IPA

**Parker's Ultimate**Green Skies is a hoppy American IPA showcasing hops that are bright and fruity, including Idaho 7, Bru-1, Citra and Summit. A small amount of Columbus hops are also used to round out the pallet and put a little bass to the treble of the higher noted hops. The hop profile is countered by a malt bill that is light but malty enough to stand up to the massive amounts of green deliciousness added throughout the brewing process.

Raspberry Quintuple

15.3% ABV | 40.0 IBU

Belgian Strong Dark Ale

This beer had one of the highest original gravities brewed on our system. Along with a high gravity it also fermented down substantially to leave a wonderful dryness. This dark and hugely strong Belgian beer was made for the Cheers to Belgian Beers Festival. It was brewed with brown sugar, dark Belgian candi sugar, a whole lot of grain and the precious yeast known for being used in the Trappist beer Orval. Near the end of fermentation, a large amount of raspberries were added to the fermenter. Clocking in at 15.3% ABV, this is one you can sit, sip and enjoy. It would also be a lovely compliment to many kinds of cheeses. Just remember: Enjoy responsibly as this one can sneak up on you.

Orange Creamsicle

6.0% ABV | 60.0 IBU

IPA - American

This India Orange Ale was brewed with a heavy load of several orange/citrus nuanced hops including Summit, 431, Citra, and El Dorado hop hash. It was then transferred onto orange zest and vanilla beans, and is being pushed with Nitro!

Chopp Shop

5.7% ABV | 30.0 IBU

Brazilian Lager

The Learning Curve series is collaboration between Widmer Brothers Brewing and Brewbound’s Start Up Challenge winners. The sixth in the series is a Brazilian Lager called Chopp. The lager is a light lager that is slightly nitrogenated to create a smooth creamy foam that helps insulate the beer in the warm Brazilian climate. Further mashing it up, the beer is sold in smaller glassware (much like Rheinish ales in Stange) and then served three quarters full and topped with a generous amount of foam. Glasses are reserved automatically until the deckle (Coaster) is placed on top of the pils glass. We hope you enjoy the result. Prost! To the Learning Curve and to ritual!
